Description

After leaving the teivah, we are told a story about Noach and an interaction with his sons Shem, Cham, and Yefet. The story concludes with Noach giving brachot and klalot to his three children. We examine how the actions of these three individuals, their very names, and the brachot and klalot that they receive from Noach, actually define the nature of these three foundational building blocks of the nations of this new, post-mabul world.
