In the sugya of הצד חלזון והפוצעו in Masechet Shabbat 75a we will study the question of Tos': how can the sugya apply מתעסק to Meleches Netilas Neshama since regarding this Melacha there is no requirement of Meleches Machsheves? We raise the question of Rav isser Zalman Meltzer: since there are two categories of מתעסק, the one, universal, the other specific to Shabbos, why not apply the universal מתעסק to Meleches Netilas Neshama?
