For Masechet Shabbat 72b & Masechet Kritot 19a-b, we will study an essay in the Sefer Even HaAzel: Insights of HaRav Issar Zalman Meltzer on the sugya of מתעסק. The emphasis is on comparing the universal מתעסק that applies to all Issurim to the unique category of מתעסק that applies exclusively to Shabbos and is derived from the principle of Meleches Machsheves.
