In this Derech HaLimud shiur we will study the insights of Reb Chaim Brisker on three sugyos: One, the half Eved, half ben-chorin vis-a-vis the Mitzva of Pirya V'Rivya; Two, Hilchos Nedarim in the Rambam, in the case where the husband endeavored to generate - simultaneously - both a הקמה to validate the Neder, as well as a הפרה to nullify the Neder; and Three, the Rambam in Hilchos Yovel, regarding whether the Yovel year is calculated as a year of שמיטה.
