Derech HaLimud: Rav Elya Bluch, the Telzer Rosh Yeshiva, and Reb Chaim Brisker on דין חיובי ודין שלילי. The former uses this terminology, the latter does not. We will discuss issues re: violating a Lav or an Eseh with an action; suspending Hazama if the accused was punished; simanei kashrus for birds.
