In this Derech HaLimud shiur we will focus on: דין ודאי ודין ספק בענין דמאי ויום טוב שני The sugya in Shabos assumes an analogy between these two Rabbinic laws. We will study the Rambam's view re: Yom Yov Sheini. This will lead to a study of a sugya in Maseches Krisus regarding חטאת העוף הבא על הספקץ Most of our shiur will be dedicated to Reb Chaim Brisker's understanding of Yom Tov Sheini according to the Rambam.
