In this Derech HaLimud shiur on: דין ספק או דין ודאי, we will discuss a variety of sugyos some of which establish that the Law ignores ספק and requires ודאי, some of which magically create a דין ודאי when in reality there is only a Safek. Many of the sugyos deal with inheritance laws. Others address Berachos, Gittin, and Matnos Aniyim.
