For Masechet Niddah 60a we will address the case of a woman who lent her garment & after it was returned and worn by its owner, she found a stain on the garment. Can she attribute the stain to the borrower? We will study the controversy between Rebby & Rav Shimon ben Gamliel according to Rav Chisda and Rav Adda with Rashi, Tos', and the Maharsha. We will present the significant concept of מעין פתוח in the case of a שומרת יום on Day 1. The shiur will end with a presentation of the revolutionary insight of the Mishna LaMelech. The Chazon Ish argues that Tos' would reject the premise of the Mishna LaMelech.
