Derech Halimud: קביעת טיב הדין, דין ממון או דין מצוה ואיסור טיב הדין שאין עשיר מעלמא זוכה במתנות עניים ואין בעל השדה זוכה בפאה אפילו אם הוא עני דין השבה בראה את האבידה ודין השבה לאחר שהגביה את האבידה שני דינים באונאה, דין איסור ודין ממון ובדין אין אונאה בעבדים צדקה בתורת מצוה קודם שקבעו דבר קצוב וצדקה בתורת חיוב ממון אחר שקבעו דבר קצוב
