For Masechet Niddah 57b we will continue our study of: דם הנמצא על גופה. Do we treat this as a separate category, a חומרא which excludes תלייה, or is it a matter of the logical ריעותא that inhibits תלייה? The controversy between Tos' and the Rashba. A second issue relates to the two לשונות - the two interpretations of the ברייתא, does the second לשון reject the first? The controversy between the Rashba & the Raavad and how do we pasken LeHalacha?
