For Masechet Niddah 57b-59a we will continue our study of כתם על בשרה, when & why do we or do we not apply תלייה? This will bear on the fact that in certain situations the feasibility of תלייה depends upon the fact that she found a stain on her garment and not only on her body. Is there a categorical & Halachik distinction between the stain she found on her garment and the stain on her body?
