Description

For Masechet Bava Batra 85b-86a: the utensil of the קונה in the רשות of the מקנה, we begin with the Mishna in Gittin regarding a husband who seeks to divorce his wife by placing the Get into her basket which is located in the בעל's privately owned property (רשות). How & why is the Get valid? We continue the sugya with various attempts to prove that the כלי is בטל to the רשות in which the Kli is located. Are these conclusive proofs? We will begin the discussion of the validity of קנין משיכה regarding an object that is small and light and can be lifted off the ground.
