For Bava Masechet Batra 72a & b, we begin with an עיון regarding the previous sugya in the case of the נפקד who claims he returned the item & the מפקיד who is holding on to a שטר. The bulk of the shiur is a study of the view of Rebby Shimon at the end of the Mishna re: one who was מקדיש his field but left for himself אילונות. Can this view be reconciled with the statement of Rav Huna who claims that the seller surely leaves for himself not only the trees but also the land below the trees allowing himself to replace these trees with others?
