In this shiur for Masechet Niddah 57b we will study Shmuel's requirement of הרגשה for Tumah DeOraisa, & Tumah DeRabanan in the absence of הרגשה. We begin with a review of the insight of the Binas Adam and add the Toras HaShlamim who disagrees. We will try to prove that many Poskim, from the Shach & the Vilna Gaon to the כרתי ופאתי and the Yad Avrahahm, accepted the Halacha of the Binas Adam. This means that in the case of a ראייה ודאית מגופה the leniencies of כתמים do not apply.
