Derech HaLimud: עיון בגדר דין יוצא מן האסור אסור We seek to understand the insights of Rav Chaim Brisker regarding this principle. Reb Chaim establishes two distinct Halachos that are inherent in this rule. One is an איסור מחמת עצמו, the other is a new Din Issur, namely יוצא. What are the differences between these two? We will see that the 1st Din generates the original Issur and precipitates Malkos. For example if a non-kosher animal gave birth to an animal that displays signs of Kashrus. This Din cannot apply in the case of an animal born to a טריפה, since the mother belongs to a מין טהור. Only the Din of יוצא could apply.
