For Masechet Bava Kamma 108a we continue our study of the sugya of a coincidence of כפל & חומש for the same ממון. In that scenario the Shomer need not pay both these penalties. What what if there were two Shomrim? Or the same חיוב ממון twice? The second sugya for today is the debate between Abayei & Rava concerning a Shomer who took his oath & then decided to voluntarily pay the קרן. Does he acquire the כפל?
