Description

For Masechet Bava Metzia 78a we wish to study two sugyos: One, sales and downpayments, under what circumstances do we assume that the seller had a complete absolute decision and desire to sell his property and the transaction is final & irreversible despite the fact that the seller has not received full payment? Two, rental agreements and violations by the renter, in situations where the rented donkey died because the renter violated the terms of the rental agreement.
