For Masechet Bava Kamma 105b-106a we will study the opinion of Rav Sheshes that a כופר בפקדון has the status of a גזלן even without having taken a שבועת שקר. The proof to support his view and the Beraisa that seems to contradict this view. This will lead us to the other part of today's sugya and that is does a שבועה have the power of granting ownership to the defendant even if the oath was proven to be false when witnesses came to testify?
