Derech HaLimud: Introduction to one of the important keys to Shas: is the Halacha determines by the reality or by the law, its structure & its rules? We will present the concept of חלות שם with regard to חזקת הבתים. Is the מחאה simply a reality, or is it a legal process with rules of its own? Does the שם פרי that determines זרעים determine the definition of אכילה that qualifies as a מעשה חזקה? Regarding testimony עדות, is there a חלות שם ראיית עדות"?
