For Masechet Niddah 33a & 37a we will analize the Halachos of Niddah with the focus on the Rashba in Torah HaBayis & the Rambam, Shulchan Aruch & poskim regarding פולטת ש"ז. We must keep in mind that the Rashba accepts the Ra'avad and the split between Tumah & Issur. But that's only on the fundamental level. LiHalacha the Rashba insists that we take the strict opinion of the Tos' & the Rosh.
