Masechet Bava Kamma 104b: If the גזלן returned the stolen object to the שלוחו של נגזל, was this agent appointed as a שליח לקבלה? Or was he merely sent to the thief to serve as a Currier to retrieve the stolen goods? We will study the debate between R' Chisda & Rabba regarding the status of the שליח.
