Rebby Yehoshua in the Mishna in Masechet Ketuvot establishes the reliability & credibility of a פה שאסר. But why did the Mishna introduce the father into the equation? The Mishna could have just as easily left out the Father. Simply "This field was yours but I bought it from you"?
