A "Beinoni" is one who is inclined to sin, but he doesn't actually sin. He is neither a Tzaddik because of his inclination, nor a Rasha because of his control over his nature. During Shema and Prayer he can taste what it means to be a Tzaddik, but when finished he reverts to Beinoni.
