We will continue our study of the קונטרס הכתמים, and present two fundamentally different definitions of the Gezeirah of כתמים. Although it is clear that what motivated the Gezeirah was the ספק regarding the source of the דם, but what was the definition of the Gezeirah? Does it operate מדין Safek or is it a new Tumas Niddah as a ודאי?
