Hey rav thanks for your time, I was wondering in tosafot lo yehay lo aysek iymahen, by the explanation of rav azriel; how do we translante the word likadsham? In shiur my rebbe wasn't sure why it was there & asked us to be ameil on this word.. It seems according to my understanding that we are choshesh about him talking to her about matters of kiddushin davka "likadsham"; and he won't understand what he's done. Meaning, he knows there's a din of asuko bainyan but he won't be well versed in rav yosi (that he doesn't need to mefaresh when he's doing the kiddushin) and he will give over the kiddushin while asuko bainyan, then will realise he wasn't mefaresh so its not considered a a kiddushin, & he & she will think nothing of it even though they are in fact married! Therefore one should only be asuko bainyan likadsham, only if he is a bakei (knows even rav yosis opinion on this matter as explained by the end of the gemara). I was wondering what the rav thinks.
