A chunk of our day is made up of Mitzvot and Aveirot. However, the majority of our day is filled with mundane and physical action which are not Mitzvot or Aveirot. We have the ability to elevate those actions and turn them into Mitzvot. Yaakov was the completer package as he mastered this concept. He took the Kedushat Eretz Yisrael with him wherever he went and sanctified every moment of his life.
