Description

The Maharal explains that although the yetzer hara doesn't affect a person till he is born, in his mother's womb he is attracted to whatever his nature is, which for Esav was Avodah Zara and Yaakov the Beis Medrish. A Jew's nature is good but he has more of an external yetzer hara trying to get him to stumble.
