For Masechet Bava Kamma 99b-100a we will analyze the issue of the liability of a professional to compensate the owner if he destroyed the object. For example, the Shochet messed up and the animal is a נבילה, is he liable? Do we apply the law of אונס or is he negligent? Does it matter if there was a seperate payment for שמירה?
