Through Parshat Balak we look to understand the nature of the tension between Moav and Bnei YIsrael and its focus specifically on Bracha and Klalah. We revisit the story of Avraham and Lot to get to the origins of this ongoing tension and to understand the nature of Bracha and Klalah. In this way, we come to define Yisrael as the source of Bracha in this world.
