We continue the sugya in Masechet Bava Kamma 98b: Can the Shomer return איסורי הנאה? He received an object of value but returns the identical item after it became worthless. Is this a valid השבה? The debate between Tana kamma & R' Yaakov re: returning a שור הנסקל after the final judgement of Beis Din that the ox must be put to death. Rabba suggests that the T"k invalidates the השבה not because of the איסור הנאה but because of the פשיעה of the Shomer. The latter should not have returned the ox to Beis Din but rather to the owner. We wil offer an intro to the Mishna of אומן שקלקל, the professional who caused a loss to the owner who had commissioned him to fix or create a utensil or demolish a wall.
