For B"K 98b we continue our study of the sugya of גרמי re: one the Mazik who destroys the loan document of the lender when the borrower denies the loan. We will emphasize the story of Rafram who compelled Rav Ashi to pay for the damage of such a document. Dis Rav Ashi himself destroy the lender's document?? Rashi say he did (!) but only in his early youth. What can we derive from this re: the universal issue, name.y, does a קטן have a מעשה עבירה? True, we cannot sue a קטן in a Beis Din, but is there liability of a קטן to pay for damages just that it is temporarily suspended? We will begin the sugya of a Gazlan returning Chometz which has become אסור בהנאה. Is the principle of הרי שלך לפניך universally accepted? If not, why do some disagree?
