Continuing or study of Masechet Niddah 57b, we seek to analyze the view of Tos' on the reason the Torah requires דם בהרגשה, and דם בכתם is only a Tumah DeRabanan. One Tos' seems to be operating with גזירת הכתוב, while other Tos' seem to assume that the issue is "where did the דם come from"? We will attempt to present the possibility that indeed there are two Halachos, two conditions, in generating טומאת נדה דאורייתא.
