We will study a fundamental sugya in Masechet Niddah 57b & 3a the sugya that establishes the requirement of הרגשה in טומאת נידה. In the absence of Hargasha she is not a Niddah according to the Torah law. Our goal is to investigate two approaches to explain 'why'. Is it that the Torah considers the possibility that the דם that she found came from another source; or is it a גזירת הכתוב?
