For Masechet Bava Kamma 95b, we will conclude that Rebby Meir imposes the Knas only on a Mazid not on a Shogeg. Then we will analize the other two opinions in the Beraisa, R' Yehuda & R' Shimon. We will see that Rav Zevid & Rav Papa have two different views on this machlokes.
