We continue our study of Masechet Niddah 14a. What is an עד שאינו בדוק? We will present & analyze 4 different opinions on this issue. We will study the view of R' Chiya: is Rebby Chiya establishing a ספק דאורייתא? Or is it a high powered Derabanan? Why would there be no DeOraisa here? And if Derabanan why not apply all the leniencies that apply to a Tumah DeRabanan, e.g. a cloth that is not מקבל טומאה.
