First few minutes missed - not on recording: Wearing white. Rav Ovadia says לבנים means clean, not white. Rav Moshe says similar (Igros Moshe YD 2:78). See Badei HaShulchan on this inyan. Rav Willig was mechadesh that white sheets should be thrown out because a woman will likely forget to change them, will see a drop of blood, and will be אסורה לבעלה for no reason. Pischei Daas on Niddah says something similar from Rav Elyashiv (but Rav Elyashiv didn't pasken like that lemaaseh because didn't want to change minhag haolam).
