Description

Today's sugya in Masechet Bava Kamma 75b & 76a-b is made up of many sub-sugyos. We begin with the Halacha of a confession of guilt in the case where his confession contains absolutely no element of obligation to pay, what if this confession is followed by the testimony of two witnesses? The next sub-sugya adresses the case of testimony which does not lend itself to Hazama, is it valid? There will be another subject: if the thief makes the stolen animal Hekdesh, does that constitute a 'sale' & engender a payment of Daled VaHeh? Finally the sugya of an invlid Shechita in a case where the thief brought the animal as a korban but the blood was not sprinkled or the animal was blemished and slaughtered outside of the Azara.
