For Masechet Bava Kama 34a-b we will address the controversy between R' Meir & R' Yehuda re: how to interpret the verse regarding the Mazik paying half compensation for a Tam. We will discuss cases where the animal and its carcass appreciated or depreciated who gains or loses the Mazik or the Nizak? All the above must be related to the controversy between R' Akiva & R' Yishamael regarding the ownership of the Nizak on the ox.
