Rabbi Haber teaches us from Rabbi Chaim Volozhin's Nefesh HaChaim, the effect of the connection between the Fear of Hashem, which is the key to Shamayim, as manifested within the person of Betzalel in the building of the Mishkan and as exhibited in Moshe when, with the help of Aharon (chesed) and Chur (gevurah), he was able to "bring down to earth" the energy of the Beit HaMikdash shel Malah.
