For Bava Kamma 15a we will discuss the issue of non-Jews for testimony. Could Nezikin be the exception to the general requirement of עדות? Is it possible to rely on the נאמנות of the non-Jew? We will study the great debate re: the half payment of a שור תם. Is the payment ממון or קנס? What lies at the root of this debate? One of the main subjects of today's daf is the derivations to establish that women have the same status as men re: Nezikin, Averos, and capital punishment.
