Description

For Masechet Bava Kamma 8a-b we will expand our understanding and definition of the various qualities of the land, from the highest to the lowest & determine who has rights to collect which land. We are dealing with three 'collectors': the Nizak, the lender, and the wife (kesuva), and these are collecting either from the individual who owes them the $ or from a buyer who purchased the land of the Mazik, borrower, or husband.
