Description

The opening Masechet in Bava Kamma 2a-2b establishes the four Avos Nezikin & why the Torah had to teach us all of them. We will introduce the concept of Toldos re: Nezikin, Shabbos, and Tumah, and determine if the Toldos have the identical status as the Av regarding the Halachos that pertain. We will study the Toldos of Keren and determine the common denominater between the Av & its Tolda.
