For Masechet Kiddushin 80b-81a we will continue our study of the laws of Yichud and focus on the Issur Yichud of one man with two women. What is the punishment for violating the Issur Yichud? The Halacha must be inhibited by the fear that a public punishment meted out to such a violation could lead to the spreading of nasty rumors about the status of the children as Mamzeirim. We will study stories about the power of the Yetzer HaRah in the area of sexual behavior.
