For Masechet Kiddushin 78b-79b we will study two Mishnayos: One, which parent is believed to establish the baby as a Mamzer? Shall we believe the Father or rather the Mother? The 2nd Mishna addresses the issue of two מקדשים,one was the שליח, the other was she herself or the father himself, to whom is she married? Must she receive a Get from each of the two? We will study the great controversy between Rav & Shmuel re: the father who married off his daughter who was 12.5 years old. Shall we assume that she is a בוגרת & outside of the domain of the father? After all we checked her now & established her חזקה דהשתא as a Bogeres! Or shall we consider validating the father's kiddushin despite this חזקה? Comparison to Mikva, Teruma, and מתנת ש"מ.
