We begin the third Perek of Massechet Kiddushin with the Mishna on 58b. The three parts of the Mishna address the question of two men who tried to marry the same woman, to which one is she married? We will discuss the רמאות of the שליח re: the first case. In the second case we will study the great debate between R' Yochanan & Reish Lakish re: אתי דיבור ומבטל דיבור. Can she back down after accepting his דיבור before the חלות at the end of the 30 days? Can a משליח nullify the שליחות?
