We continue the sugya in Masechet Kiddushin 54b regarding the case of one who gave Maaser Sheini for Kesef Kiddushin, can we establish from various Mishnayos that we indeed accept the view of Rebby Meir that Maaser Sheini is MaMon Gavoha - i.e. he does not own the Maaser? And do we accept the opinion of Rebby Yehuda regarding Hedesh that there is no חילול in the case of Mazid, but only in the case of Shogeg?
