In this shiur we discuss what happens to the small percentage of people who are rishaim gemurim. We also review how Hashem runs the world measure for measure and how that gives us a great power and a great responsibility to take charge of our on lives. (Part of HaMidrasha at QC, OU-JLIC's Torah learning program for women at Queens College.)
