Description

The Halacha states that one who is "Modeh B'Miktzas", i.e. agrees to half of a claim but denies the second half, is obligated to take a Shevuah, an oath. This Halacha reveals itself by Pesach. Pharoah and the Jewish people in Mitzrayim were "Modeh B'Miktzas" to Hashem in a certain way, and through the power of a 'Shevuah' were able to leave Mitzrayim. How to serve Hashem by being "Modeh B'Miktzas", by thanking Him for the small things we recognize, and from there being able to receive the bigger things He awaits to give us with great anticipation.
