The Mishna in Masechet Kiddushin clasifies mitzvos Mitzvos that are applicable only in Eretz Yisrael & those that apply even in Chutz LaAretz. The first category includes חובת קרקע, while the second refers to חובת הגוף. There are two definite exceptions, ערלה וכלאי הכרם, and possibly a thired, the Issur חדש. The sugya will address those mitzvos that apply immediately upon entering the Land, as opposed to mitzos that must wait until ירושה וישיבה. What is the meaning of the word מושב or מושבותיבם? This will be a major controversy.
