We introduce the next section of Derech Hashem, which deals with how Hashem runs the world (Hashgacha). This sections begeins by explaining how Hashem runs most of the world, and contrasting that with how Hashem deals with human free-will actions. (Part of HaMidrasha at QC, OU-JLIC's Torah learning program for women at Queens College.)
